Jealousy

I let go of jealousy.

Jealousy refers to a strong desire for someone else stature or possessions. Jealousy is unpleasant to experience.

Learning to deal with jealousy in order to have healthy relationship is essential. Here are a couple of ways to respond to jealousy. Write down why you feel this way, talk about your insecurities; try to think about events differently, stop comparing, try to erase doubt and love yourself.
