I am…solid.

I remember when three women pulled this card from the deck. The first gal said it was perfect her to focus on as she was preparing to compete in a body building competition. The next women had been sick and she felt weak so affirming “I am…solid” helped her to think about getting better. The third women thought that when she said “I am…solid” it meant she was heavy/over weight. With a little guidance she saw that it could mean she is able to stand on her own two feet because she was solid. What does “I am…solid” mean to you?
