I let go of feeling unworthy.

How to release feeling unworthy: Here are a couple of steps. Don’t stay locked into the past. Since you feel unworthy based on how people have reacted towards you. Your mind will keep repeating pictures of that feeling from the past. When these thoughts appear, don’t give them energy. Let them say float on by and instead focus on being present in the now. Another step, try a new approach to your next encounter where you feel unworthy. Stretch beyond your comfort zone. If even just a little. Keep at it as you’re headed toward feeling better/happy.
