Keep Moving. Get exercise every day. Could be a trip to the gym, taking a walk, doing some sit ups in your bedroom at home. All this keeps the feel-good brain chemistry active.
Practice Gratitude. You can start each day with thinking about something you are grateful for. You could even keep a “gratitude notebook”. Take a few moments each day to write down one or two things you are grateful for. Focus on what you have vs. what you are missing.
