You Can Do Magic

I just say that word and song lyrics start playing my head from “You can do Magic.” Especially this line “You can do magic, you can have anything that you desire.”

Being grateful is a magnet for magic. I find that the more I am grateful for the more I find to have to be grateful for. It doesn’t have to be anything big either. Last summer with lots of wildfires the air was polluted. Being grateful for fresh air I am able to breathe was actually big. Grateful to be alive is another simple yet true statement. What are you grateful for?

Send a handwritten note/letter to someone. I sent little notes out for over 200 consecutive days last year. Everyone loved them. The common theme was that I had randomly selected an I am” affirmation card for each person. It was a positive and uplifting thought that shifted or made their day super magical. I was showing them that I care about them and that they matter.

I was on a retreat and we stared photos of clouds and rock formations in Sedona Arizona. You can see crazy magical things when looking at clouds. Let your focus soften and have fun with what you experience.

Finally, magic is what helps dreams stay alive. Let’s believe that anything is possible.
