I let go of procrastination.

How to deal with procrastination. First don’t over commit. Simply working harder won’t help. Analyze the environment and mental barriers beyond completing the work at hand. Creating a long term strategy to combat procrastination can be helped by understanding your triggers. A possible trigger might be fear of failure.
