Today is Independence Day (USA)

Red White & Blue

Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain. Celebrations include parades, fireworks, picnics, concerts and barbecues. I will be going to a parade in my city. It is about two hours long. I look forward to it every year.

I declare my independence.
