Clutter

I let go of clutter.

When I find my dining room table getting covered with lots of things, books, mail, newspapers, pens, bags, and more I begin to feel overwhelmed. When I sort through all the clutter I feel energized and I also feel in balance.

I found a book I like about dealing with clutter. It is called Clutter Busting: Letting Go of What’s Holding You Back by Brooks Palmer.
