What are you doing to reduce stress?

I am…meditating.

The primary benefit of meditation is stress relief. When stress is reduced in the nervous system during meditation, benefits like better sleep and clearer thinking also naturally develop.

It is a nice way to start and or end the day. Slow down my thoughts, silence the monkey mind. I find walks in nature relaxing and meditative as well. Are you meditating?
