I just spent an hour reading the recipes in my new cookbook. It is the Happy Bellies, Happy Hearts in the Kitchen with the Rodan Foundation cookbook. I found three bread recipes I want to try banana, pumpkin and zucchini. They are all gluten-free breads. Not all the recipes in the cookbook are gluten-free. The cookbook also includes wine pairing and at the end something I haven’t seen in a cookbook before napkin folding instructions. Cool.
I will be buy more copies to give as Christmas gifts.
